New Era Technology is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our Napier team. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, engaging with clients face-to-face, and managing a busy ticket board across multiple sites. You will diagnose and resolve technical problems, communicate with non-technical users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
