Kay Road Early Education Centre is growing,due to our roles filling up we are ready to open our 3–4-year-old room. We're looking for an exceptional LeadTeacher to guide our brand new 3-4 year old room. About the Role: As our Lead Teacher, you'll be responsiblefor creating a high-quality learning environment where children, families, andteaching team members feel valued, supported, and inspired. You'll lead curriculum development, mentorand support your team, build strong relationships with families, and ensureevery child has the opportunity to flourish. Most importantly, you'll bring enthusiasm,positivity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education every singleday. Key Responsibilities: As Lead Teacher, you'll overseethe daily operation of our Preschool Room, lead curriculum planning andimplementation, mentor and support your teaching team, build strongrelationships with families, and create a collaborative environment wherechildren, teachers, and the wider centre community can thrive.
