What you'll be doing Managing and growing a pipeline of home lending opportunities Building strong relationships with customers, branch teams and referral partners Supporting customers with lending solutions, from first-home buyers through to more complex lending needs Having meaningful financial conversations and identifying opportunities to add value Delivering excellent customer outcomes while effectively managing lending risk We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and confident in their lending capability.
