As a Chef de Partie (Cold Cabinet Food) , you will be responsible for preparing, baking, presenting, and maintaining high-quality cabinet food and fresh bakery products. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and quality. This is a Permanent position with 30 hours guaranteed per week. Prepare, bake, and present a range of fresh cabinet food, bakery items, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and grab-and-go meals. Maintain attractive cabinet displays and ensure stock levels are replenished throughout the day. Manage food quality, portion control, stock rotation, storage, and waste minimisation practices. Assist with menu development, including catering for dietary and cultural requirements. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company standards at all times. NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Cookery (or equivalent) with previous experience in a similar culinary role. Passion for creating high-quality cabinet food, bakery products, and visually appealing displays. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
