Lightingplus Trainee Store Manager

We are looking for a committed, reliable and self‑motivated Trainee Store Manager to join the team. You will work closely with experienced Store Managers in the central Auckland area, along with the Regional Manager to ensure the store day to day operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Working on the shop floor, you will learn to lead the team to maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Oversee store sales, promotions, and other activities to achieve sales targets Manage stock on hand levels Assist and maintain store presentation Provide amazing customer shopping experiences Keep up with latest product knowledge Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Dealing with escalated customer issues and incident reports We want to hear from you if you have: Are an organized multi-tasker Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Are well presented Background in retail/sales will be preferred This role is working: Within our central Auckland stores Approximately 40 hours per week and includes 1 weekend day.
