Job Description Our Operations Coordinators hold a deep understanding of the Operations Groups systems and processes and deliverhigh qualitysupport to enable the group to successfully deliver on multiple work programmes. As one of three Operations Coordinators, you will support the maintenance and enhancement ofHinekōrako(self-service portal and regulatory and intelligence platform) coordinate, develop and implement projects intended to improve efficiency and implement best practice within the Operations Group Coordinate deliverablesassociated with our role as a drinking water regulator provide reporting and data support to the wider the Authority engagewithvariousstakeholders across the organisation and externally, including drinking water suppliers. We are looking for someone who has acontinuous improvement mindset is highly organised and able to juggle conflicting demands can quickly build positive internal and external working relationships familiarwithdatagatheringand intel gathering support hasexperience in project coordination or support hasknowledge of business process design and application. The likely appointment range is $88,237 - $95,000 based on skills and experience. The full salary range for this role is $88,237- $112,747with a mid-point of $98,041.
