About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to provide specialist administrative support to the ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) injury management team, ensuring the efficient and effective processing of injury claims and facilitating timely rehabilitation and return to work for injured employees across the Te Waipounamu Region. The role requires flexibility to respond to evolving operational and regional requirements associated with the AEP across the region. About you You bring at least five years' experience in a health-related or customer-focused role, with a strong understanding of working with people in sensitive, complex situations. You communicate clearly and confidently, with excellent written and verbal skills that enable you to build trust and explain information in a way that is easy to understand. You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with proven experience producing clear, thorough and well-documented records. You are well organised and able to manage competing demands effectively, maintaining quality and timeliness even when priorities shift. You are comfortable using claims management systems and related technologies, and you adapt quickly to new tools and processes to support efficient and effective service delivery.
