In this role, you will: Present and promote TWoA programmes and servicesto external stakeholders and communities Develop and implement recruitment plans,projects and campaigns Host programmes, activities and events Support kaiako to roll-out plans Identify new recruitment options We are looking for someone who has the following: Diploma in business or marketing related field 3+ years’ experience in marketing, recruitmentor education related role Excellent promotional and marketing skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Full and clean NZ Driver's Licence As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness toparticipate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of ĀhuatangaMāori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
