IDEA Services is hiring a Support Worker to assist people with intellectual disabilities in their own homes. The role includes night shifts, sleepovers, and weekend work, with a focus on safety, risk management, and person-centred care to help clients achieve goals. Experience in disability or aged care is helpful, but the right attitude and life experience are valued.
