The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected dispute resolution organisation in a meaningful, investigation-based role. Working as part of a collaborative and experienced team, you will manage and investigate complex complaints, analyse evidence and legislation, facilitate resolutions and contribute to fair, independent outcomes for consumers and industry participants. As a Senior Case Manager, you will manage a portfolio of complex complaints and investigations from initial assessment through to resolution. You will gather and assess evidence, undertake detailed research, communicate with all parties involved, and prepare recommendations and findings. Key Responsibilities Will See You Investigate complaints and analyse information from multiple sources Assess evidence and research relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards Engage with complainants, industry participants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders Facilitate settlements and negotiate outcomes between parties Prepare written findings, recommendations, and decisions Manage case progress, timelines, and communications Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and broader organisational projects To be successful in this role, you will bring: A tertiary legal qualification will be highly regarded; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with strong experience in dispute resolution, compliance, investigations, insurance, financial services, or a related environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proven ability to exercise sound judgement in complex or ambiguous situations Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, regulations, or industry standards Experience managing competing priorities and working autonomously Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills A collaborative approach and commitment to teamwork High levels of integrity, professionalism and personal accountability What's in it for you?
