Wood & Thomson Engineering is looking for a motivated and hands-on Marine Operations Lead to support the continued growth of our Lyttelton operation. This role involves developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, pricing and coordinating work, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We're seeking someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to get involved on the tools when required. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable building customer relationships, managing project delivery, and working alongside the team to get the job done.
