As our Product Manager - Enterprise Systems, you'll take the lead in managing the strategy, roadmap and performance of platforms that support finance, customer experience, and work management across Hutt City Council. You'll work with internal stakeholders, vendors and agile delivery teams to ensure our systems are fit-for-purpose, future-ready, and genuinely customer-centric. You Will Define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps that align with our organisation's priorities Engage stakeholders and vendors to understand business needs and manage expectations Champion user adoption by supporting change, training and continuous improvement Lead product delivery using Agile practices to deliver timely, effective solutions Foster a positive team culture where wellbeing, collaboration and impact are at the forefront About You 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, Asset or Work Management) Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation Strong communication and change management skills, with a knack for bringing people on the journey Agile experience, including backlog management, user story definition and facilitation of Agile ceremonies A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in local government (desirable) About Us At Hutt City Council our vision is to build a connected, resilient and inclusive city where all our people thrive.
