This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of business development, account management and strategic relationship building. You'll work with organisations across a range of industries, developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships and helping deliver positive outcomes. About The Role As our Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with an established portfolio of clients. Working closely with operational teams and senior leaders, you'll ensure clients receive exceptional service while supporting sustainable business growth. You’ll Spend Your Time Maintaining a positive relationship with a portfolio of key clients Developing and executing strategic sales plans across the North Island Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities Growing long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers Preparing proposals, tenders and presentations that showcase the value of our services Identifying opportunities to expand existing client partnerships Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes Representing Wellnz at networking events and within industry forums Monitoring market trends and identifying emerging opportunities for growth What You’ll Bring Proven experience in business development, account management or client relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A strong understanding of ACC's Accredited Employer Programme (AEP), including the assessment criteria and requirements for participating organisations. The ability to confidently advise clients on AEP best practice and identify opportunities to strengthen their programmes. A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service. Experience preparing proposals, presentations and business development plans. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and relationship-building skills. A full New Zealand driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the North Island. Why join us?
