Operations Coordinator

What you'll be doing Business operations, reporting and leadership rhythms Board, leadership and governance administration People operations, onboarding and HR systems SOC2 compliance and operational readiness Vendor, contract and operational administration Office operations, events and team engagement Continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects About you We're looking for someone early in their career who enjoys variety and is excited by the opportunity to learn. You’ll bring: Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed. A recent MBA, technology or business degree, or equivalent work experience in operations, coordination, business support or HR. Confidence managing multiple priorities. Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail. Confidence in learning new technology and digital tools. Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to a SaaS or technology business, AI tools, BambooHR, HubSpot, or information security and compliance. Employee Share Option Programme (ESOP).
