This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure across the full project lifecycle. You will work on a diverse portfolio including land development, roading, water and general civil infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Planning and coordinating daily site activities Monitoring construction progress and ensuring programme delivery Managing subcontractors and site resources Problem-solving and resolving on-site issues Overseeing quality assurance processes Driving health and safety compliance and best practice Preparing site reports and documentation About You Proven experience in civil construction as a Site Engineer Relevant engineering qualification Sound knowledge of NZS 3910 contracts Effective communication and reporting skills Practical problem-solving ability and delivery mindset Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety and quality outcomes Ability to lead, motivate and work effectively within a team Applicants must be currently based in New Zealand with full working rights.
