As a key member of our Health & Fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-qualityswimming lessons to guests and members of all ages and abilities. You will helpparticipants build confidence in the water, develop their swimming skills andpromote water safety, all while creating an exceptional experience. This rolealso supports the day-to-day operation of the Health & Fitness Centre,helping maintain a safe, welcoming and professional environment for all guests,members and visitors. What will your day look like? Delivering swimming lessons to adults and children,tailoring instruction to suit different ages, abilities and learning styles Promoting water safety and supporting participants to buildconfidence and improve their swimming skills Providing exceptional service to guests, members andvisitors while sharing information about Health & Fitness facilities,services and wider resort amenities Managing bookings, enquiries, payments and day-to-dayreception administration tasks Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and operationalreadiness of the Health & Fitness Centre, pool facilities and surroundingareas Supporting the safe operation of the department throughpool supervision, facility checks, health and safety compliance and emergencyresponse procedures Working collaboratively with the wider Health & Fitnessteam to deliver exceptional guest experiences and contribute to the ongoingsuccess of the department What makes youright for the role? You hold a recognised Swim Instructorqualification or certification You have previous experiencedelivering swimming lessons, ideally across a range of ages and abilities You are passionate about health,wellbeing and helping others achieve their goals You are a confident communicator whoenjoys building positive relationships with guests, members and colleagues You have excellent organisational andtime-management skills and can work independently as well as part of a team You take pride in maintaining highstandards of presentation, safety and service Current First Aid Certificate and FullNZ Driver's Licence would be highly advantageous You are available to work rosteredshifts, including weekends and public holidays as required Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown Hours: Casual, part-time or contractor opportunitiesavailable Working at Millbrook We believe our people are our greatest asset and loverecognising and rewarding our team.
