Senior Mechanical Engineer

THE ROLE: This is a newly created Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) position, designed to provide technical leadership across mechanical services projects. The role is responsible for setting mechanical design direction, leading project delivery, supporting multidisciplinary coordination and contributing to business growth. The successful candidate will provide hands-on HVAC and building services design expertise while mentoring the mechanical team and ensuring solutions are robust, compliant and buildable. Working closely with directors and project leaders, this person will act as the primary technical lead for mechanical services across a portfolio of projects. THE CANDIDATE: 8 years' experience within mechanical engineering/HVAC consulting Experience operating at a senior level or as a newly appointed technical lead Strong consulting background with the ability to manage client relationships A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture The ability to manage their own workload and lead project outcomes independently Experience mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development The company is looking for someone who fits the culture - a strong character, good attitude and someone who enjoys working in a trusted, senior environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
