ICT Field Services Technician

As an ICT Field Services Technician, you'll be providing hands-on technical support across one of New Zealand's most dynamic entertainment and hospitality environments, supporting everything from gaming and hospitality systems to corporate technology and critical business applications As an ICT Field Services Technician , you'll play a key role in ensuring our technology systems remain available, reliable, and well supported. You will: Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests to agreed service levels. Support gaming, hospitality, network, and business technology environments. Manage escalations, change requests, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout incident resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to existing processes and procedures You're a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys working directly with people and solving technical challenges. You'll bring: At least 2 years' experience in an IT support environment. At least 2 years' experience in a field services or desktop support role. Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
