About the Role Are you an experienced administrator looking for a rewarding role where your work makes a real difference? We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Mental Health & Addiction Service based at Tauranga Hospital. As a valued member of our administration team, you will play an integral role in supporting a range of clinical and operational services across Mental Health and Addiction. This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently juggle multiple priorities, and thrives on supporting others. Your responsibilities will include: Providing Personal Assistant support to the Nurse Leader. Coordinating administration for workforce education and training. Supporting the Mental Health Act Coordinator. Delivering high quality administrative support across a variety of Mental Health and Addiction teams. Previous administration experience, ideally within a healthcare environment. Experience working within a Mental Health setting is desirable.
