As a Front Office All-Rounder, you will play a key rolein supporting the Guest Service Managers and ensuring the smooth day-to-dayoperation of our Front Office department. As one of the first and last points of contactfor our guests, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiencesthrough exceptional service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring everyinteraction reflects our five-star standards. This is a varied role that offersexposure across all areas of Front Office operations, including reception,porter services, guest transport and night audit support. What will your day look like? Delivering exceptional five-star service whilewelcoming guests, managing enquiries and supporting all aspects of Front Officeoperations Assisting with guest arrivals and departures, VIPexperiences, porter services and guest transport throughout the resort Anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns andcreating memorable experiences that exceed expectations Supporting reception operations, administrative tasks,daily banking, reporting and monetary procedures Promoting resort facilities and maximisingopportunities across accommodation, dining, golf, spa and wellness experiences Working collaboratively across the resort to ensure aseamless guest journey and smooth day-to-day operations What makes you right for the role? A passion for service delivery and the hospitalityindustry Previous experience in a similar hospitality or guestservice role would be advantageous Excellent guest relations and communication skills,coupled with a positive, can-do attitude Strong organisational skills, high attention to detailand professional presentation The ability to work independently while contributingpositively as part of a team A resilient, flexible approach and the ability toadapt to a variety of situations Experience with Agilysys Hospitality systems would beadvantageous A full clean Driver's License is essential, with a PClass endorsement desirable (support will be provided to obtain this ifrequired) Availability to work rostered shifts, including earlymornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays and nights Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown Hours: Permanent, full time guaranteed 30 hours perweek Pay Rate: $26.00 -$30.00 gross per hour (based on experience) We believe our peopleare our greatest asset and love recognising and rewarding our team.
