Datacom is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Wellington team to support inquiries about our client’s services. You will handle new account creation, service orders, payments, and disconnections, with training and leadership support. You’ll work in a dynamic team environment, delivering quality outcomes through phone and email interactions. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm NZST/NZDT on a rotating roster. #J-18808-Ljbffr
