We are on the look for a Full Stack Developer to work along side another established developer as lead for the next phase in our development. Winning Vodafone Innovation Award, our system is flipping the recruitment software industry on its head; Its modern, complex and exciting to say the least. Developed from the ground up, our software is 4 years young incorporating extensive and intuitive CRM, time and attendance software and hardware along with supporting android applications. The ideal candidate will be a confident developer, with attention to detail, can meet deadlines and have problem-solving skills. Honesty, reliability and trustworthiness are essential in this role as you will be exposed to a vast amount of confidential information and intellectual property in this exciting role. In addition, the successful candidate will need to: Have strong experience in back-end (C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core) Have strong experience in front-end web technologies (ReactJS, React-Native, Typescript) Have experience working in a DevOps environment using AWS CI/CD pipelines Believe in test-driven development Enjoy working in a contemporary agile environment Be willing to grow and develop new and efficient ways to continually improve in your role Be fun and have a great sense of humour we are a flat structure business that believes in a fun vibrant environment. Be able to work in a team environment with good time management and communication skills You will be organised, punctual and driven in all that you do. With an attractive remuneration package, this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm and you can choose to work either out of our Mount Maunganui (Head Office) in Tauranga or out of our Hamilton Office. This role will be reporting to the Managing Director.
