The Opportunity We're looking for a Graduate to join our Managed Services team in TāmakiMakaurau/Auckland who will start with us as soon as possible in 2026. Our Managed Services team supports the delivery and ongoing performance of technology-enabled services for clients. In this internally focused role, you'll help the team bring together accurate reporting, performance information and practical insights that support effective service delivery and decision-making. A typical day could include working with data and Excel, preparing reports and dashboards, tracking service and commercial performance, supporting change requests, coordinating actions and helping the wider team stay on top of priorities. You'll also have opportunities to explore how AI and automation can make reporting and processes more efficient. As a Graduate, you'll develop a broad understanding of Managed Services while building your analytical, reporting, communication and problem-solving skills. You'll work with people across service delivery, technology and enabling teams, giving you exposure to different areas of the business and a strong platform for future career pathways. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team where people are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and help each other succeed. This role works standard Monday-to-Friday business hours. What you’ll bring Are currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a Bachelor-level qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related discipline. Enjoy working with data and turning information into clear and useful insights. Have strong Excel skills, or an interest in developing them further. Have an interest in reporting, AI, automation and using technology to improve the way things are done. Have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders.
