We're looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the team at Craggy Range. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food and keen to learn from an experienced team in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen. As a Commis Chef, you'll assist with food preparation and production across our restaurant and function operations while developing your technical skills and culinary knowledge. Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you'll gain hands‑on experience with premium produce, modern techniques, and menu development, all while building the foundations for a successful career in hospitality.
