The Role Join us on our iconic project in Hamilton, where you’ll play a key role in our Central team and have the opportunity to grow and develop your career. We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial construction background, ideally in a Lead Carpenter or Foreman capacity, who has the drive and determination to deliver projects to the highest standard. What You’ll Bring 2–4 years’ Foreman experience, ideally with a well-known main contractor Proven experience on projects ranging from $5M to $50M, with a successful track record of leading site teams and delivering excellence Solid understanding of relevant legislation and industry compliance standards Strong planning skills and ability to work to programme In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies A passion for Health & Safety, with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures Strong leadership and people skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships positively A relevant trade or tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential) Why Hawkins?
