About this role | Mo tenei turanga mahi Provide practical first-line HR advice and support to managers and staff across Customs. Support employment relations matters, including working in a unionised environment and advising on disciplinary processes. Help managers interpret employment terms and conditions, people policies, and related procedures. Build strong working relationships and contribute to a responsive, trusted HR service. Manage a varied workload, competing priorities, and deadlines with sound judgement and attention to detail. Youll play a key role in supporting HR operations and providing consistent first-line advice to managers and staff across the organisation. Required Experience Ideally you will at least 2 years advisory experience. Youll be adaptable, solutions-focused, and keen to continue growing your capability in a busy and meaningful public sector environment. Salary The salary range for this fixed term / secondment opportunity is $89,802 $115,658, dependent on relevant skills and experience and prorated accordingly.
