Beca in Auckland is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join People Advice, part of the wider People & Culture team. You will deliver a high level of internal customer service by responding to people-related queries while helping build the capability of our people leaders, coaching them through employee relations case work and supporting with training sessions and change management projects.
