Pathways Health Limited in Hamilton is seeking a permanent, full-time Youth Worker to support taiohi aged 12-24 with mild to moderate mental health and addiction concerns. The role requires a Level 4 NZCHW or equivalent, trauma-informed practice and strong de-escalation skills. You will lead one-on-one and group activities, run engaging programs, and participate in Kai Connect weekly drop-in sessions.
