You will be part of anational group ofleaders and managers who form the Pathwaysand Realnational leadershipteam. You will have the cultural support of our Māori leadership to ensure weare tika and pono in all that we do. You will also have opportunities todevelop your own capacity with Te Reo Māori me ōna tikanga and mataurangaMāori. This is a priority for Pathways and Real. We blend clinical competence and capability, partnering with our Clinicians, Community support workers, Youth and Peer specialists to deliversupport that is person and whānau-centred. Our practice is guided by evidence-basedframeworks, interwoven with trauma-informed and Peer principles. In this role, you will lead and inspire your team coaches to buildhighly engaged teams that deliver their best for our community-based mentalhealth, addiction, and wellbeing services.Your role supports both mentalhealth and addiction and adult and youth services under the Pathways and REALbrand. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday toFriday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. The role is based in Masterton with regional obligations and has a second on-call rostered component. You | Mōu We’re looking for an exceptional senior manager, who enjoys a highenergy environment to take the reins and support our community-based mentalhealth, addiction and wellbeing services.You’ll be comfortable working withina Māori context and familiar with Te Reo Māori me ōna tikanga. You are a resilient dynamic leader, greatcommunicator and a self-starter. You are happy to work autonomously, with compassion,and be a great individual with the ability to inspire those around you. You’ll thrive in the role because you enjoy supporting and mentoringyour leaders, so every member is engaged and able to flourish and provideexceptional service to those we support. You’re innovative,self-motivated, resilient, and an influencer of change, with a passion forevolving services and growing people. You will understand TeTiriti o Waitangi and how that applies to practice. You will have a basic useand understanding of Te Reo Māori. You are a great writer, comfortablemanaging contracts, reporting, and compliance requirements. You are an experiencedcrisis manager with demonstrable stakeholder networking skills. We’ve mentioned you need tohave leadership experience, and great networking abilities, but we needsomething more. You will have a clinical background with experienceworking in mental health or addictions and knowledge of the wider healthand social sectors, and you’ll be focused on providing person and whānau-centeredcare.
