BREMCA, New Zealand’s leader for Switchboard, Switchgear & Automation Solutions, is growing fast. To meet this demand, we are looking for an outstanding individual to join the Hamilton team to continue our sales and customer development effort across the central North Island territory. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to accelerate their career path, leading from the front and driving BREMCA into New Zealand’s electrotechnical future. The role will be based out of our BREMCA Hamilton operation. You may be in an existing sales or business development role within the electrical industry and looking for a better career path or be a young talent with a desire to move from the tools and get started on your sales career. Ideally, prospective applicants will have: A relevant electrical qualification and background Experience in the New Zealand electrical industry Maybe an understanding of electrical distribution, switchboards & switchgear Confidence, lots of energy, and be self-motivated Excellent communication and organisational skills Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint The key tasks of the role will include: Identifying new business opportunities within the central North Island Working with the national team to deliver on sales and business growth Preparing and executing sales strategies Building and maintaining relationships with customers, consultants and suppliers Preparing and submitting proposals and quotations for customers Owning opportunities and delivering results A competitive renumeration package that includes laptop, iPhone, subsidised health insurance, and company vehicle or vehicle package, will be offered based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
