We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established aged care provider in beautiful Nelson for a Clinical Services Manager to lead an experienced clinical team within a resident-centred care home. Working closely with an experienced and approachable Care Home Manager, you'll have the autonomy to lead clinically while being well supported in your role. About the Role As Clinical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership of the home, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring and supporting the clinical team Overseeing clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with NZ aged care standards and legislative requirements Supporting accreditation and audit processes Maintaining excellent clinical documentation and care planning Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents and their families Promoting a culture of continuous and resident centred care About You To be successful, you'll bring: Current New Zealand Registered Nurse APC Previous clinical leadership experience within New Zealand aged care Strong knowledge of audits, quality systems and compliance requirements Experience mentoring and developing nursing teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident care Why Apply?
