About The Role Reporting to the Transaction Services Manager, you'll provide finance administration support across an allocated portfolio of Ngāi Tahu Holdings entities. Key Responsibilities Include Manage accounts payable and supplier relationships Support accounts receivable, invoicing and debt collection processes Complete reconciliations, journals and finance administration activities Assist with GST and other statutory reporting requirements Support stakeholders across the Ngāi Tahu Group with finance enquiries Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What You'll Bring Ideally 3-5 years' experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, finance administration, or a similar role Experience working with large financial systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central Experience with automated accounts payable and purchase order systems Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive, customer-focused approach A willingness to learn and work within a bicultural environment Every invoice processed, payment made and account reconciled contributes to growing and protecting the pūtea of Ngāi Tahu for future generations.
