Your rolewillco-lead the Defence Capability Plan review,lead the development of high-quality business cases for major investments and guide the work of policy analysts. This is a varied and rewarding role in an encouraging, collaborative,high tempo team. You'll be ready toset standards and provide quality assurance guiding continuous improvement in defence capability planning. Do youhave: Experience in leading a highly engaged team Experience with the development of high-quality business cases and associated frameworks and the application for major investment decisions going to Cabinet for approval Experience with long-term investment planning Experience in developing and maintain effective working relationships at a senior management level A high standard of written communication We ask all our people to undertake a commitment to doing their part to deliver on the Crown’s commitments to Māori under Te Tiriti o Waitangi. SalaryIUtu ā-Tau We are careful to maintain pay relativities amongst our people and our roles. For this reason thesalary for the role will be between$170,000.and $190,000 Placement atthehigher salary level is negotiable and would depend on key portfolio experience.
