At the Hermitage, Aoraki/Mount Cook Alpine Village, we offer a unique guest experience in a stunning national park. Skipper guides lead tours on Tasman Lake, sharing knowledge and delivering memorable experiences with strong public-speaking and leadership skills. This is a fixed-term or permanent, full-time role with a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight, paying 33–36 NZD per hour.
