About theRole As a keymember of our Trade Drive Thru department, you will play an essential role indelivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe, organised, andefficient drive thru. Reporting tothe Trade Drive Thru Team Leader, is a permanent full-time position, working40 hours per week, across Tuesday to Saturda y . (The majority of shifts areclosing shifts working through till 7:00pm, so flexibility and availabilityduring these hours are essential) KeyResponsibilities Deliver exceptionalcustomerservice, building strong and trusting relationships with customers Demonstrate knowledge andenthusiasm for alltimber and building products Embrace a“can-do” attitudewitha hands-on and proactive approach to daily tasks Promote and maintain astrongHealth & Safety mindset, contributing to a safe workingenvironment for staff and customers Maintain a consistentlywell-organised,neat, and clean drive thru Performmanual handling oftimber and building materialsas required Ensure accuracy in orders andstock control with akeen eye for detail Communicate clearly-andprofessionally with customers and team members What We’reLooking For Strong product knowledge (orwillingness to learn) across timber & building supplies Physically fit and comfortablewith manual handling A proactive, reliable, andpositive team player Forklift licence andFendorsement (or willingness to gain the license – we will support you) Why JoinUs?
