Customer Service/Point of Sale

Mitre 10 MEGA Masterton is proud to be 100% Wairarapa owned and operated and we are now seeking a Customer Service/Point of Sale team member. We are now looking for a Customer Service Star to join our frontline team in a senior role, someone who is mature and has a passion for providing great customer service, you will always have a smile on your face and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The successful applicant will have the following qualities: - excellent communication and relationship building skills - have a passion for providing excellent customer service always putting the customer first - be a detail minded self starter - be able to multi task and think on the go - have drive and enthusiasm - be able to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner - a 'can do' attitude; and action orientated person, high level of accuracy and attention to detail - problem solving ability and adaptable This is a full time role, Sunday to Thursday 9.30am to 6.00pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
