The Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko is an independentCrown entity that regulates the electricity market. Our core focus is to ensurethe electricity system and market deliver reliable electricity at lowest costfor consumers.

The electricity industry is changing rapidly. Electrificationacross transport and industry is accelerating as the cost of renewablegeneration continues to fall. This transition is transforming the power system.As the system evolves, regulatory settings must continue to adapt to supportreliable lowest cost outcomes for consumers.

Thisis a rare opportunity to lead our Strategy and Corporate Group and play a keyrole in driving the organisation's long term success. As a strategic leader,you will guide the development and delivery of the Authority's vision, ensuringour priorities are translated into clear, actionable plans that delivermeaningful outcomes.

Youwill champion strategic thinking across the organisation, continuously refiningour direction to respond to emerging opportunities and challenges. Leading aportfolio of critical corporate functions, you will ensure they work seamlesslytogether to provide the insights, capability and support needed to achieve ourstrategic objectives.

Thisinfluential role offers the chance to make a lasting impact, working alongsidea high performing leadership team to strengthen organisational performance,foster collaboration, and drive excellence across the Authority.
