Job Description
Halter is seeking a hands-on Data Operations Field Technician to collect real-world measurements and field data for our machine learning models. You will work directly on farms, performing plate-metering, sensor readings, drone imagery, and other data collection tasks to build robust ground-truth datasets. You will coordinate with ML engineers and the Data Operations Lead, follow strict field protocols, and ensure data quality while meeting campaign targets across multiple sites in the Waikato #J-18808-Ljbffr
