About the role We are seeking a permanent, full-time Quality & Business Support Coordinator. This critical enabling role supports service operations, quality improvement initiatives, data-informed decision-making, and equitable service delivery for Starship Community.The Quality and Business Support Coordinator role includes collaborate working with clinical, administration teams and senior leadership to develop and implement processes, maintaining data for clinical excellence, quality monitoring and contract reporting. The overall aim of the role is to support service operations to enable safe and effective service functioning, quality improvement initiatives and decision making with an equity focus. About the Team/Service/ Location Starship Community is a team of nursing, allied health professionals and administrators providing community health services and cultural support for children, young people and their families/whānau living or attending school within the Toka Tumai Auckland District. Service delivery is via an inter-disciplinary team approach, centred around four guiding principles:Mokopuna centric. Whānau focused. Community DeliveredWorkforce WellbeingStarship Community is the paediatric community service within the Starship Child Health Directorate of Te Toka Tumai Auckland. About you At least 2 years experience working in an administrative, business support, quality improvement or project coordination role. Advanced computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital systems. Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, interpret and present data to support decision making. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build effective working partnerships. Highly developed organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A continuous improvement mindset, with a drive to identify opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery. Be proactive, adaptable and solutions focused.
