About the Role Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you\'ll support daily warehouse operations by leading and motivating your team, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring warehouse processes run efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include: Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements Supporting training and upskilling across the team Ensuring equipment is used correctly and maintained Maintaining compliance with MPI standards and processes Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (42.5 hours per week). Occasional weekend work may be required to support operational requirements. What We're Looking For This opportunity is best suited to someone who already understands 3PL warehousing and logistics and is ready to step into a leadership role. You'll bring: The ability to work independently and take initiative Physical capability to perform hands-on warehouse tasks and operate MHE Sound knowledge of MPI requirements and procedures Confidence using multiple systems and learning new tools Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style MPI-approved AP licence and Forklift OSH certification First Aid Certificate (highly desirable) What Will Set You Up for Success?
