Job Description
Position Overview Deliver health care training across Australia with ASA Academy, both on-site and remotely. You will work with a diverse student cohort, apply clinical knowledge in training delivery, and support ASA's expansion in the health and education sectors. Key Responsibilities Deliver accredited training programs to health professionals Prepare for sessions and pack up after training Adapt to challenging or remote training environments Maintain accurate training records Skills & Experience Required 5+ years clinical experience Desirable: classroom teaching experience Ability to deliver engaging and effective training Work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license, current police check, Working with Children check Personal Attributes Integrity and confidentiality handling financial information Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proactive problem-solving and task prioritisation Qualifications Enrolled Nurse, Paramedic, Ambulance Officer or Registered Nurse with current qualifications TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN) Registration or eligibility with AHPRA (for RNs/Paramedics) Performance Measurement Engaging and effective delivery of training content Compliance with ASA Academy training standards Accurate recordkeeping in RTO Learning Portal #J-18808-Ljbffr
