Compliance Coordinator

As the Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of the site’s Quality Management System. You’ll help ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements, with a focus on document control, audit support, compliance coordination, and maintaining the integrity of quality systems that underpin food safety and operational performance. You will report directly to the Quality systems & Compliance Lead and work closely alongside site Quality teams, Operations, Engineering, and wider Yili Oceania stakeholders. Acting as a central point for quality systems and compliance activities, you will support audits, manage documentation, track corrective actions, and help embed a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the site. A bit about you You are someone with several years’ experience working in quality, compliance, or a technical support role within food, dairy, or FMCG environments. You bring a proven ability to manage documentation and quality systems with a high level of accuracy, and you’re confident working with food safety principles and regulatory requirements in a practical, hands-on way. You are organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. With a collaborative approach and strong communication skills, you enjoy working alongside operational teams, offering practical support and building positive relationships while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
