If you're a trade-qualified engineer who enjoys leading people, solving technical challenges and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. About The Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance technical engineering work with planning, coordination and people leadership. You'll lead a team of technicians, oversee maintenance activities, and work closely with operational teams to ensure our vessels remain safe, compliant and ready for service. Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams. Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. A current New Zealand Driver Licence. At RealNZ, you'll be part of a business that values safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. You'll work alongside passionate people who take pride in delivering exceptional experiences while caring for our people, our assets and the unique environments we operate in.
