Customer Service/Point of Sale

Mitre 10 MEGA Masterton is proud to be 100% Wairarapa owned and operated and we are now seeking a Customer Service/Point of Sale team member.We are now looking for a Customer Service Star to join our frontline team in a senior role, someone who is mature and has a passion for providing great customer service, you will always have a smile on your face and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The successful applicant will have the following qualities:- excellent communication and relationship building skills have a passion for providing excellent customer service always putting the customer first be a detail minded self starter be able to multi task and think on the go have drive and enthusiasm be able to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner a 'can do' attitude; and action orientated person, high level of accuracy and attention to detail problem solving ability and adaptable This is a full time role, Sunday to Thursday 9.30am to 6.00pm So if you want to work in a fun, dynamic work environment, and you think you can deliver on what we want. #J-18808-Ljbffr
