Casual Content Creator & Retail Assistant

As a Casual Content Creator & Retail Assistant, you'll be responsible for creating engaging social media content while also assisting customers and supporting daily retail operations. No two days are the same-you could be filming new products one moment and helping customers the next. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, understands social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. Photograph and film products, promotions, and in-store activities. Present products confidently on camera. Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas. Assist with livestreams and promotional campaigns. Help maintain Koseli's social media presence. Retail Assistance Provide friendly and professional customer service. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays. Assist with stock receiving and inventory management. Keep the store clean, organised, and well presented. Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations. Support the team with general day-to-day store operations. What We're Looking For Confident communicating with customers and on camera. Passion for social media, especially TikTok and Instagram. Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude. Comfortable using a smartphone to record high-quality videos. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible casual shifts, including weekends if required.
