What you will do: Work with customers to solve technical and geoscience-related challenges using specialist Earth science software. Collaborate with internal technical teams to investigate complex issues and deliver practical solutions. Test new product features and provide feedback that helps shape future software releases. Deliver product training and share technical knowledge with customers and colleagues. Build specialist product expertise while supporting mining and mineral exploration projects across a global customer base. Skills and experience we are looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience, Earth Sciences or a related discipline. Must have at least 2 years experience in the Mining and/or Mineral exploration industry. Strong technical knowledge with an interest in specialist software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Clear communication and collaboration skills. Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
