Ship-Out Coordinator - Warehouse & Logistics A bit about your role As the Ship‑Out Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end‑to‑end coordination, execution, and visibility of outbound shipments. You’ll ensure customer orders are released, allocated, shipped, and invoiced accurately and on time, acting as the operational link between QA, Supply, Order Management, Warehousing, and Logistics. Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Warehousing, you\'ll work closely with internal teams and 3PL providers to protect service levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure clean financial and system outcomes. Your work will be fundamental to maintaining efficient outbound operations and delivering consistent results within a fast‑paced supply chain environment. A bit about you You are a proactive and detail‑focused operator who thrives in a structured environment with moving priorities. You bring experience from logistics, warehousing, or order‑fulfilment environments, along with confidence working across ERP systems and operational data. You are someone who builds strong working relationships and communicates clearly, especially when managing time‑sensitive shipment requirements. You stay calm under pressure—particularly during peak ship‑out periods—and have a proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Your strong planning, problem‑solving, and organisational skills mean you can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
