Waikato Regional Council is seeking two experienced CME Team Leaders to oversee compliance, monitoring and enforcement across Waikato. Based in Hamilton, you will lead teams in navigating complex regulatory environments and mentor staff to deliver positive environmental outcomes for the region. You will report to the Regional Compliance Manager, develop CME workflows, and drive strategic responses to non-compliance while fostering strong iwi partnerships and Treaty obligations alignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
