What you’ll do Manukau Institute of Technology and Unitec are seeking three experienced Change Managers to help deliver our ambitious digital transformation programme. These 2-year fixed-term opportunities will play a critical role in shaping how our people adopt and embrace change across major initiatives including: Finance Management System (FMS) replacement HR platform replacement Identity and email consolidation CRM and Student Journey platforms Other enterprise-wide digital and business transformation initiatives Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery , you'll partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to design and deliver people-centred change strategies that drive adoption, build capability and realise benefits. What you'll bring 7+ years' experience leading change in complex programme and project environments Strong expertise in organisational, digital and technology-enabled transformation Proven ability to influence, engage and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation Experience developing and delivering change plans, stakeholder engagement, communications and readiness activities Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, CMI or equivalent A tertiary qualification in Change Management or equivalent experience This is a unique opportunity to work on a transformation programme that will shape the future of our organisation, where you will join a collaborative team of change professionals, help mature change capability, and make a lasting impact on the experience of our staff and learners.
