Interislander is seeking a Workforce Operations Lead to manage day-to-day crewing, rostering, and workforce activities. You will report to the Workforce Planning Manager and act as the operational 2IC, guiding Resource Planners and ensuring rosters, leave planning, relief coverage and workforce administration meet standards.
